  Saw him in the ER at PIH Downey he introduced himself and that’s all he did nothing else left and never came back. A month later I got a bill for $2,308.00 because he was out of network, even thought it was a ER visit it.
  Even though I have blue cross and payed my co-pay he can charge me that much just for introducing himself and because I was sick in the Er I did not think to ask him hey are you in network with blue cross/blue shield . Complete bull
