  I used to like going to this Branch because it's so close to me. The new branch manager and the two gentlemen have always been really professional however the other two girl employees seem very lazy and unwilling to help, when they were so nice at one point. I called several times in the morning just to be put on hold for so long i had no choice but to hang up. I walked in one day, stood in line and watch them do that to someone who called. They put them on hold and attended to the customers in line with no intention of getting back to the customer on hold. I asked the two girl employees at two different instances to relay a message to one of the other bankers and i have yet to recieve a call back it's been over a month. The sad part is the employees know me, so I don't understand what has happened to thier customer service. I will try my very best to avoid coming to this bank from now on.
