  Cassandra is a serious delight. I was moving from Seattle and was a little stressed out over where I was going to put my extra stuff. Cassandra was so helpful over the phone the two times I talked to her prior to my arrival. When my trip was delayed a day, I called her and she made the necessary arrangements. Upon my arrival, I was so happy to see she was just as amazing in person as she was on the phone! She doesn't make you feel like she's putting on a customer service front, she is actually just an amazing person and really great at her job. I highly recommend taking a look into this storage facility!
