  Check in at 9:30 am with information desk, took insurance card and
  Dr's order. waited for 1 hr and half, check with clerk and she ask me if I check in I said no cause u didn't tell me.Asking her if possible they can do the lab test right a way cause my husband had health condition. She said I have to wait ..Staff who took the blood, never even say hi or good morning or help us..not nice.Hope your staff will be more caring to patient.
